Matt L. Guinn Construction is a small Road and Bridge Construction firm mainly performing competitive bid projects for our Local and State Governments.  We are a small firm looking for steady growth with the help of the SBA 8(a) program.  I grew up around road and bridge construction and I knew from a young age that I one day would own and operate my own company.  I love working construction and working around good quality employees.  I strive to have a positive work place and maintain a good reputation throughout the state.

With hard work and determination.  I formed this company in 2012, because I wanted to be self employed and to provide a positive work place for my employees.  My companies major successes are my employees.  Its a great achievement to have high quality people working along side of me on a day to day basis.
